I'll second the 121 f/8 Super Angulon.
look for a Wollensak 159mm F9 or F12.5 Wide-Angle Raptar. Covers 5x12 with movement, fits nicely on a Technica lensboard. Most commonly found in an Alphax shutter. And they go for a fraction of what a modern lens goes for - IIRC, I paid under $250 for mine.
Here are all the modern lenses that work (up to 210mm)
Schneider

G-Claron: 210/9
Rodenstock
Grandagon-N: 115/6.8, 155/6.8
APO Sironar-N: 210/5.6
APO Sironar-S: 210/5.6
Fuji

W: 180/5.6, 210/5.6
Nikon

W: 210/5.6
Thanks for the info Steve. Ill wait until one shows up for a good price. There are a couple on the auction site at the moment, but the prices could escalate as usual :-)
In the meantime my Fujinon 180 and 210 (both older 80 degree versions) will do just fine :-)

I have a Komuranon 90mm f5.6 that might cover, but the rear element has a 100mm diameter. There is a somewhat fiddly way to use it. The rear element has a kind of hood that can be unscrewed. It then fits inside a Wista, which has an 80mm opening. It needs to be done carefully, since the rear element is then fully exposed.
