I think this is pretty funny.
I'm not trying to sell it:

That is just exquisite...
EDIT: On further contemplation, it dawns on me that someone must have removed the rangefinder at some point.
One of the best I've seen lately...and the price? what a bargain!
(Note that the rails are completely missing also so this thing isn't even usable as is.)
Funny, look at the other stuff listed by the same seller, they seem to be described much more intelligently.
Is that the worlds biggest 4x5? It seems to have a lens from a graphic and a 4x5 back, but no mention of either 5x7 or 8x10. it sure looks like an 8x10 to me, in five or six seconds of looking.
Also: how can you tell if the bellows are in good shape if you can't extend them?
The way this camera is described in such a naive manner, dad must have had one cluttered yard. The seller implies that he/she is selling off dad's stuff. There are at least four pages of other junk (rare finds) offered. I'd like the alligator plus the 8 foot elephant to trample it daily
tom
That's no Linhof - can't you read the lens cap? It's clearly a Busch SuperPressman model "E" (for elephant).
So I put in an offer, at what I considered a fair price: $25.00 . But he declined my offer, the ingrate!
