Ilex Paragon 3 1/2" f4.5 lens

Anybody knows anything about this lens? Especially it's coverage?

I seem to recall the "Paragon" being sold as an enlarging lens and a taking lens. At 3 1/2" (90mm) I would suspect that it might cover 6x9cm. at infinity - it's certainly not a wideangle design.
