    One possibility is to use a computer for processing. All of the functions could be programmed into it, and you could have both a visual and audible indication of each step. The only thing it may not be able to do is control your enlarger.

    Thanks for all the replies. A few weeks ago a gentleman acquired the same model in excellent condition at an estate sale. He searched the internet, found my post on this forum, and sold it to me for $35 plus shipping. Now I happily own a working replacement as a result of my post.
