First time using this film. Anyone out there got some ballpark dev times to get me started for this film/developer combo?
Many thx.

Are your negatives intended for silver gelatin papers? What dilution will you use? Trays? Rotary?

I know that Sandy King has written specifically about Neopan 100 (Acros) and Pyrocat-HD. May want to search around for his posts.
This is what he said about Acros in 120 (I have it saved in my darkroom notes):
"Fuji Acros has been my favorite MF film for several years, because of its low reciprocity failure along with fine grain and very high resolution. For scenes of normal contrast I develop Acros in Pyrocat-HD 1:1:100 at 72F for 15 minutes, with four agitation cycles, once for one minute at the beginning, and then for ten seconds at the 1/4, 1/2 and 3/4 points of time."
Hope this helps.
Someone at the massive dev chart has posted 19 min at 20c, so 15 min at 22c with this type of agitation seems close enough. Although a second entry in the same chart indicates 10 min at 21c. Oh well!... I develop Acros in Pyrocat-HD 1:1:100 at 72F for 15 minutes, with four agitation cycles, once for one minute at the beginning, and then for ten seconds at the 1/4, 1/2 and 3/4 points of time...
Yea, this would be for 120 film, 1:1:100 dilution, and manual agitation in tank.

That is why we have to test film/developer combinations ourselves. To each his own.Although a second entry in the same chart indicates 10 min at 21c. Oh well!

1:1:100 in tank, for 10 min, agitate every 2 min, will give you a neg that will print on a condenser enlarger.
At what temp?1:1:100 in tank, for 10 min, agitate every 2 min, will give you a neg that will print on a condenser enlarger.
Thx.

seventy degrees if I remember right. I now use NVG's and just pull them when done.
