Not really discontinued (suppose the technique is) but I really miss the days when we all used Metz hammerhead flashguns, the ones that would light a whole football stadium.
Speedlites never really were a good replacement.
Giving prints/trannys to clients, miss that bit.
Huckleberry cheesecake- It has been at least 10 years since my local market carried it and I still miss it.

Light weight photographic paper to make books, bound folios and the like. Even single weight paper is a bit heavy for this purpose and double weight is impossible.
