    I have to confess - this was not a mistake. I intentionally shot this fan in my window completely out of focus.

    This is awesome! I've pulled the dark slide before closing the shutter, of course, but I've never got a self portrait in the process!

    I bought some short dated film that turned out to be pretty well fogged

    I stepped on a slippery rock crossing a stream. I was carrying my 5X7 gear, so it counts as a large format mistake. Luckily, no damage to the camera. The leg is doing better too.
