    Mark on neg?

Could anyone tell me what caused the mark at the top of the stack of containers. It looks like a chemical mark from the processing???

This looks like insufficient agitation in the first 15 seconds of development, very critical to get the chems completely over the film during this stage of process.
Using distilled water will help for the developer.
