Isaac,
Plenty of light and nothing overexposed - as usual btw,
Cheers,

Thanks! I made some color adjustments, but I can't edit my previous post, so here's the new version:

I gotta ask. what do you go on for colour adjustments? I mean the originals look pretty darn good, do you have some kind of baseline or histogram or something to go off? I do see the difference but there must be a super critical eye to be able to look at what you first posted and think you need to improve it... impressed at the tenacity of that skill, in any case.
Just calibrated monitors, and I use the Photoshop eyedropper on every evenly-toned area to get a sense of if there's any subtle color casts my brain is fooling me out of seeing. I also try to compare with other photos taken in similar light to make sure my baseline isn't drifting.

Urban Beijing. This was shot on a Nagaoka 4x5 on shanghai 100. Man I am sad to see that film go.
Done with the Chinese restaurants for now...

Isaac - haven't said this in a long time but I just love your work! The consistency in how you view and present normal scenes flawlessly every time is something I really admire.
