Real buffalo milk? As somone who has actually made beautliful cheese like that (out of cows milk, buffalo not available here) I hope that you will eat it uncooked and truly appreciate the flavour, texture and wonderful grain that shurely hides behind those smooth tones. Jim, for studio space you can do a lot in the kitchen. I stand a small background on the far end of the table, a wood beam across the middle and the camera on a metal plate at this end.
This thread should be about basil leaves but anyway the buffalo mozzarella - a treccia - is hand twisted then flown from Volturno to Milano to be eaten within 24 hours.

Thanks for the description and the final setup photo. This looks quite doable. I'll have to see what I can manage. The metal plate instead of the tripod makes a huge difference.
