    Hi Welly, I am in Tokoroa, recently moved here from Palmerston North.

    Have a look at KEH.com for camera systems, they have reasonable prices and reasonable prices for shipping too, they are a really good option for lenses especially, I just bought my first 4x5 lens from them recently.

    There is another 4x5er from Wellington on here but Ill let him introduce himself.

    Hey James,

    Glad to see I'm not the only one here Will check out KEH on your suggestion although I've seen a few deals (I think they're deals anyway) on Ebay back home in the UK.

    oh forgot to say you should try asking around at AIPA, or NZIPP (theres another, i forget) alot of commercial photographers have given up on their 5x4's and are shooting digital- that's how i got mine.

    Hello, dredging up an old thread, but saw it in the 'similar post' suggestions,

    Coromandel here! I'm rocking a Toyo view 4x5 Monorail camera, a 1/2 plate Ensign field camera and a home made 8x10, just signed up today. Can't be too many large format Kiwis
