printing on larger sized paper when calibration for smaller

A newbie question. Following Eric Chan's suggestions re: printing on an Epson 3800, I have "calibrated" my printing to satisfactory results using Epson Ultra Premium Pres Paper (Matt) sized 8 1/2 x 11. Please run me through the steps necessary to go from 8 1/2 x 11 paper to same paper but larger, 11x16. Somewhere, in all my "settings", I have established the smaller sized paper as the "default"---where do I go to make changes for a larger sized paper without messing up my "standards". Elementary question, but for me, I'm thick headed. Thanks--Raymond

I think you are making it more difficult than it is. When you select your print size, the print program (Photoshop, Qimige or whatever) willl do the rest.
