Pulgas Water Temple
Located in San Mateo County just west of the scenic 280 route between San Francisco and San Jose, the temple was constructed in 1938 after a design by architect William G. Merchant to commerate the completion of the Hetch Hetchy Aqueduct. It is similar to the Sunol temple in design but lacks a roof and the interior art work found at Sunol.
