Sly, the truck does show some signs of using a very low dilution of sensitizer. Best as I can figure, when one gets down to around 1% or lower, a sort or resiprocity failure takes place. There just is not enough dichromate and UV light interacting in the highlights to give any tone. As a result, no gelatin in the highlights gets hardened -- that is what looks to be happening along the top of the truck (and perhaps one of the headlights).

That is my present working theory, anyway.
