Frank - Do you use flash?

I was driving down SW Stark at 11th , next to the Ace Hotel in Portland, sometime this last spring (I think) about 6PM or so. I was waiting for the light to change and I noticed a flash in the 2nd or 3rd floor room near rhe corner of the hotel. I could swear I saw the outline of a hot looking girl in the window. I drove around the block hoping to vget a better look ;^) and as I came around the second time, I think the blinds had been pulled.
