What aspects to achieve 3d look

What lens from your practice gave you the most 3d look?
Which characteristics should belong to lens to achieve 3d look: resolving power, contrast, etc?

    Thanks.

P.S. Yesterday i've scanned negatives from 4x5 shot with pentac 8" at 8 and pictures looks rather flat.

This is about as subjective as you can get. But I think lighting, found or created, is far more important than lens choice.
