Need mount flange for 8" Pentac....

Hello everyone. I've recently purchased an 8" Dallmeyer Pentac AM f/2.8 lens that is missing the removable mounting flange. I'm itching to give this beast a try and need a way to mount it ASAP. I've read that SK Grimes would be a good place to have one fabricated. Before I take that route I thought i'd ask on here if there happened to be any owners with an extra flange lying around (unlikely) or who already know the necessary measurements to have one made? TIA
