    It's the powerplant at city of Naantali.
    The smoke was really visible because of cold temperature, -10 degree Celsius.
    Around these temperatures and lower, all warm air and gas seems like a steam from old locomotive. The ventilation pipes on the roof of building are sometimes very beautiful with low light and thick trails of steam - waiting for good oppornity to photograph some cityscapes

    Not quite as photogenic as a distant volcano coming to life but thanks for the explanation. Really like it.

    First outing with my new (to me) Shen-Hao 4x5. Schneider Symmar-S 5.6/210, TMax 100. I didn't think any tilt was needed, but close examination indicates otherwise... still learning.

    I agree with you Sam, and add that all the images in this entire image sharing forum are wonderful.
