Thanks Barry Kirsten and Old_Dick and Pali K. Lake Jindabyne is an accumulator for the Snowy Mountains Hydro scheme. The engineers wanted more electricity, let the lake level rise, and killed a lot of shoreline poplar trees. In death the trees maintain their grace.

Really nice James. The eye follows the water. The many stream braids are interesting. The deep blacks are good.
I have a second exposure on this but its over exposed when my cable release stuck. Its salvageable but i prefer the darker rocks here and the movement in the pool of water
