Thank you for the compliment! I used incident on the meter here. However, regarding the spot reading on this meter, I've been fortunate that I've not had any issues with mine at all.

From a trip to the Murray recently:

    Toyo 45A, 150mm Nikkor-W, Fomapan 100@50, D76.

More coming soon; critique always welcome.

Perhaps a variation in the style of Brett Weston would be worth exploring: less realistic, but more evocative perhaps.

Sorry for doing this. All the important stuff is in this crop.

That's a very authoritative statement, given that you severely weakened a composition greatly improved upon by Ken Lee. Some eyes can see.

Re: What did you compose at Water’s Edge?

Thanks guys; it's appreciated. I was considering cranking the contrast a little (bring the white-point down to the trees' highlights) but the left crop didn't occur to me. I'm intrigued that you both cut the dirt from the foreground whereas I would have kept it as a "floor" to the image. Any particular reasoning for cropping it there?

I've uploaded a new version now, taking into account your suggestions. It should appear in my old post.

And here we go with my first ever LF chrome:

Toyo 45A, 90/6.8, CPL, RDPIII, Fuji E6 kit

The scan is a little darker than the slide appears in person.
