    To accomplish Jim's suggstion should it be desirable, one could use a polarizing filter at not full power, say 1/2 to 1/3. In this way you are reducing the intensity of the light reflections but not eliminating them.

    I like Preston's image as presented but I see Jim's point. Both equally valid - different viewpoint.
