Does anyone know if the 4x5 Toyo fresnel, part number 180-818, fits all 4x5 Toyo view and field cameras? Seeing that it's the only one offered, I believe it should be so...

Yes, it does.
The backs are identical on the 4X5 view cameras and field cameras. The front standards differ in size.
