2008/2009 Print Exchange Call for Entries !!!

I assume we just monitor this thread until the group lists are posted, right? Will you be notifying us individually in case we forget or miss something?

Hi Walter,
Everyone needs to monitor the thread for info. As new posts happen, you should receive some type of notification it has been updated. For example, I receive notifications via my e-mail program (Outlook) since I take advantage of the RSS function built into the forum software. Or, I guess if you visit often, you can watch the New/Updated threads appear. After the list closes (Feb 1), I will be posting what group everyone is in on Feb 2. This will tell you how many prints you need to print: from one negative or from many -- your choice. Also at this time, I will post a printable text file with where to ship your prints and some additional information that I will need: address, email, print shoot info, etc. This form is to be included in your print shipment to me.

Count me in please. All my contributions will be B&W as I can't work out how colour works!
A question: is there any requirement for providing comment/feedback on each print to each participant in a group like we're doing here in the UK B&W Print Exchange? Our exchange is for B&W prints only but in any format. I'm ok either way.

First welcome to the exchange. Second there is no requirement to leave feedback on prints, but if you care to anonymously rate one or all on a scale of 1 to 5 stars, you can after they have been uploaded in the web gallery, or you can contact the photographer through the forum if you like.

Feedback for Exchange Prints:
None of this is required. Some folks do not care about feedback, while others may.

Option 1
The LF Gallery allows you to post 1-5 stars anonymously as a rating.

Option 2
The LF Gallery also allows you to send a postcard to anyone if you have the photographer's email address. I will include on the Print Exchange text sheet, a check box where anyone requesting feedback can check this off and include their email address.

Option 3
The other option is to send a PM through this forum.
