    Re: Post your trains!

I just recieved "Shipping and Tracking Info" from the Lomography folks, My lomoChrome Purple 400 rolls are set to arrive on August 8th.

Time to set sail for "Mount Diesel Train", it's either Tehachapi Loop or Cajon Pass to see how this unusual film does for railroad photography!

This should be fun! Now.... Should I use my Leica or my Rolleiflex, or.. My Hasselblad? try a few colored filters?

In order to be fully in line with this forum, Should I load a roll of LomoChrome Purple 400 120 film into my 4 shot "Obsession 617" camera for this expedition?

Fabulous to know that there is a train thread. Some of my planned subjects are grain elevators, one adjacent to the tracks in the middle of the city, one on the Mississippi River.

For those of you who might like to photograph railroad moving stock, there is a train museum in the Atlanta, Georgia USA area.

The last time I was there, admission was $8 per person per day which does not include photography for commercial purposes (advertising, record album covers, etc.) They encourage photography for personal purposes.
