You are on a roll Austin (as a figure of speech of course - no wait on medium format too). I guess that you have had a spur of good time going out shooting. Nice.

    Cheers,

    Luc,

I guess I have been on a bit of a tear lately. I love the autumn months. Well that, and ever since I entered my forties, I have to admit that I've felt a certain urgency-ha! I don't think I can keep up this pace much longer though-a few more pictures and then I'm going to have to take a breath.

    Cheers to you as well,

    Austin

    The tree

A tree in the Dutch nature reserve Loonse & Drunense Duinen. I had noticed this tree a couple of months ago. Because of the background a fog covered day was needed to photograph it. Last Sunday proved perfect.

Technical details: Cambo Wide with 5,6 65mm Super-Angulon lens ad f/22, orange filter, Ilford XP2 super.

I made a comment at Flicker also. I love this simple composition, with excellent detail and toned. The feeling is a dreary early morning, cold and still.

    Excellent...

Ilford XP2? Was this shot with a medium format back?
