Excellent shot. When were you there? Falling Water is about 20 minutes from my home.[/QUOTE]

    Thanks Rick!

Late 1980's. Have traveled to Falling Water twice. First time with Nikons, 24PC, 28PC, 35PC, K25 & Velvia50. Also some Technical Pan film.

Second time 4x5 Sinar. Tom Abrahamson said to me "You should have used an 8x10!" LOL Miss TomA and his wonderful humor.

Tom went to Falling Water with a group from the Leica Historical Society, as I remember.

A lot of Architects I know would say this is the most famous piece of Architecture in the world. An Architectural SHRINE without doubt.

BTW there WERE some tripod holes around the site.

An image with a lovely feel to it! Lovely composition. Everything just seems to tie in together. I've been using same film in 8x10 for the past year, (also in 510) and quite like it. What's your take on it, darr?

    Hey Andy,

Thank you for your kind words!

I just finished my first box of 25. So far I like it. I tend to like a slower film in general.
The one thing I wish it had a little less of is all the dye to wash away in the prewash.
Unfortunately, after trying B’s reel with this film, some dye stayed in the mid-area of the negatives and not in other areas.
Washed again with developer to clean, but this has not happened with MOD54 and this film before.
Have to be more aggressive with agitation next time. This is a B’s reel reflection, not the film’s fault IMO.

The film seems consistent so far and affordable, which both are important to me.
Just bought 2 more boxes from B&H which ended up being cheaper than buying directly from catlabs on eBay.

I was quite surprised with how much dye came off of it!I didn't appreciate how it turned my fixer green! Because of that, I now pre-wash it prior to development. I was buying directly from CatLABS. I'll have to check out B&H. Cheers and keep posting your work!
