Thanks Joe. More often than not, to be sure. For this one it was one of those situations where I was set up, hoping for the sun to break through a correctly placed clear patch of the drifting overcast to sidelight the scene. Thank you, Ben. I am entirely smitten by the Finger Lakes, and am fortunate to live so close to them. I just began a more active exploration with the 4x5 late in the summer, and intend to continue for a while.
