    Hah, thanks Frank.

    Yea I'm afraid there are no borders to the images. That's the issue with white backdrop images online.

    As for contrast that is pretty much as shot and scanned, no editing. I only removed dust specks. Technique is getting better but slowly!

    another wet plate on 5x7 aluminum.

    i had a bunch of photographers stop by to shoot and tell lies. i shot some collodion images for fun.

    this is my good friend Jim. he has been a photographer for most of his life. shot everything, used many processes and techniques and now he shoots an M8. i believe he has a one man show coming up at the lieca galler y in NYC. more when i know.

    Really nice Eddie. Your friend Jim is great on both sides of the camera. I've really enjoyed seeing all your wet plate postings. For my taste this is the best one yet!
