We spend Thanksgiving on the Island each year, Just happened to have a high cloud layer and probably shot around midmorning. Most of the times I've visited are under Harsh lighting conditions which makes it difficult to shoot. With Thanksgiving service they probably tidied up the lawn somewhat but then I never have seen it look really ragged. Enjoy shooting around St Simons, Jekyll, and St Mary's when ever I'm down in the fall.
