Several. Greatest band since forever. Just caught them here--Fayetteville, Arkansas, of all places--for my second Youth live show (saw them the first time at Bumbershoot in Seattle, 1997). I've been a die-hard fan for many years. Music to live, love & die by.

Cool! I saw em first in '89 or so, circa Daydream Nation. Ouch, was that 19 years ago?

I had a friend who was given her assignment by her prof, for her graduating portfolio in Fine Arts, a group of 24 nude self portraits!!

I thought..PIG, report him to the dean, he is totally out of line!

She pondered it and knew the first time he would see them was a group showing.
She agreed to it, and submitted the portfolio of beautiful prints showing nothing but bent elbows, crunched toes being held by fingers etc! It was stunning, he was speechless, after much deliberation I am rather sure, she got an excellent grade.

I think that project, of 24 nude S.P. was by far the most challenging group of work I have seen at any of those showings.

For those wondering, yes, she was young, very beautiful and a very, very sensual woman. I have no doubt that the prof was being a complete pig when he made that request of her!

I think you are right on topic. How about a self portrait for a specific purpose? I know its not a photo - but it is a photo of a self portrait drawing. This is one a did for my beloved ex -wife.

Damn that sounds like a great assignment, though... and she interpreted it so well! I wish I had been given assignments like that in college, haha. Pig or not.

Wait, aren't all men pigs ;-p
