I seem to be attracted to multiple images of yours, alexn...haven't been to the forum for a while, then had trouble getting in with my crummy tablet, but finally did. First pursuit was to add another subscribed thread and spend just a few moments looking at most recent posts until I can devote little time on the weekend. Voila! This photo caused me to linger...again, as with many of your compositions. Excellent balance, focus and contrast! Would be interesting in another season to perhaps see more vegettion, but rather unique also in barren rock walls. Good job! Are you professional? There's another of your photos I want to purchase a print of if so...I'll be back. Having been here only a few months, don't know the forum well enough yet to know if I can send a message to an individual or not...but I'll try not to annoy others letting you know somehow which photo., and getting response. Have a good weekend!
Two views of Horsetail Falls, Columbia River Gorge, Oregon.
Both with 11x14, printed on Kodak Ectalure (sp?) The vertical image was taken in the early evening, but before dark. Negative is very under-exposed due to Efke's high reciprocity failure, but I love the print. There is some faint detail and some texture in most of the black.

Gorgeous Gorge. I love your composition of layers.
Boinzo, that is outstanding. I like the composition. There is much to direct the eye all around the photo. The green in the water is intriguing.
Very well done.
