Hi David,
The problem is the ?sn= at the end of the URL, as http://www.davidaimone.com/img/v19/p404404298-4.jpg?sn=
When you use the image button, it checks the URL to confirm that it points to a known graphic file type (GIF, JPG, PNG, etc) by looking at the last characters in the string. In this case it found ?sn= and didn't know what to do with it, so it just displayed the URL as entered.
Without that suffix you get:

Hey all
Already posted in the landscapes thread, but to continue, I was driving around bits of Australia, getting to know my 4x5 camera.
Here are some waterfall shots I took.
The first 2 are Barren falls, north of Cairns (Karunda, I think). The third was in the Blue Mountains, though the name escapes me.
All the shots would have been Velvia 50 or 100. The first shot was on a Nikon 150mm, the rest on a 210.

Hi from Down Under
here are a couple of shots from my trip to the Otways National Park in Victoria.
Hopetoun falls was shot with 47mmXL on my home built 4x5 Wide camera.
Triplet falls was shot on the Tachihara with a 150mm Topcor. Film is FP4 @ 80 ISO,
Dev Rodinal @1+50. Any Comments welcom.
