    A great lens. Image circle is not a great as a 300mm symmar, but it weighs about 1/10 as much. I use it mostly in 4X5. K

    I find this table a great resource when researching / buying lenses. For each lens it details number of elements/groups, image circle, aperture, MC and film to flange distance etc.

    I also have the 300-M and as others have said, it is light and very sharp. I love mine.

    Claron is a bit larger, though IC is substantial. I'm curious what the actual measured IC is of the Claron at f22-F32.
