Epson 3800 printing problem.

I have recently upgraded to the Epson 3800. I'm using ICM and Epson Lustre paper but find the results much denser and more saturated than my previous R800 with the same file and settings. It certainly won't match up to a calibrated monitor.
Has anyone tried adjusting the density setting in the printer software to compensate?
Would appreciate any comments from someone with this printer.

Hi, I would try the standard workflow of applying the lustre profile in Photoshop and turning off color management in the Epson driver.

Along with "soft proofing" to verify your output before you print.

Is your monitor calibrated with a hardware calibrator? It really is a **must**.

Search for Andrew Rodnet's website for a good video on color management. Think that is Digital Dog.
