    Figure workshop Carmel

I want to see if a figure workshop along the lines of the one I am doing at the end of the month may be of interest to the people in No Cal .
Plan for the end of October
If you are interested do not hold of on questions !!!
The Idea as of now is to do this In Carmel at Kim Weston Studio .
Possibilities are to do one day at Kim's studio and another at
    Garrapatas or the Pteiffer area.
Cost will be around $375.00 per person cover workshop and models.

This is a workshop not a get together.

Fees will be due 30days before workshop and a deposit of
50% is required to save your spot.
    Thank you
If you can pass this along to some one that may be Interested.

    This is a good idea!

Who will be putting on the workshop? Will it be given by you or the Westons?

Either way it sounds good to me!

    Yours;

    Re: Figure workshop Carmel

    "new information"
    Possible models are
    Rosie ,
    Penelope Grace

I need at least 12 people to make it happen .
once the date is set a 50% deposit will save you a place !
I was asked about schedule and details so here it goes :
I am waiting for a confirmation on Kim Weston's studio.
the first day will be at Cat Hill
    9:00 am introductions and such.
after that we will go and start getting to it it shutting
Only one camera on the first day !!! Mine no exceptions no digital
This is not a lets see how much film I can burn workshop !!!!
If you have a lens that will like to use and it can be mounted on the camera that will be fine I will have some film courtesy of Freestyle (elke 100 ) if you need some .

All participants agree to MY RULES or GINA'S Rules If you do not comply you will be asked to leave and there will be no refund in such event. AKA you broke it you buy it .
Sorry but I must be clear on the expectations and rules.
If you do not know how to use a large format camera this is not a introduction to large format class.
If there are Images that you will like to use as the basis for your plates please bring them along so that we can help you with it .
On The day 2 we will go out side and shoot , the same rules applies as to digital or roll film cameras all participants will have one on one access to the instructor (s)
and I have found that the best way to do this is to "encourage participation with out interruption "
This means If Jim is setting a shot NO ONE IS TO SET UP AND SHOOT BUT JIM.
we are there to learn and I am sure You will not like it if Bob set up next to you and interfere with your composition etc..
I will try to defined the rules latter I just wanted to explain and as you may have notice writing is not my strong point
We are not moved by things ,but by the views we take of them.
