    I actually agree with both about the quality of the image and the slight sense of top heaviness. It is oftentimes more of a "feel" of being top heavy more than anything else in an image, with nothing obvious being out of alignment. It usually happens on images of tall buildings that have had extreme rise or extreme PC correction in PS. The usual solution is to allow a slight amount of convergence, which there is in his image but perhaps not enough. Sometimes with extreme movements on tall buildings, no matter what you do, always feel a bit off balance, because with the eye looking up there is always some convergence so it is actually abnormal to see buildings fully corrected if the eye would not have seen them in that way.
