Very nicely done, Tuco. I have to wonder, though, is someone peering out at you from that upstairs window?

Why thanks. You know, I took pause and zoomed in on that while editing. I didn't see a person there. But now that you brought that up, I keep looking at it. Makes it more mysterious too.

    Construction site

    Baulücke

    another one

    Baulücke Karlstrasse

both with Sinar F2 and Kodak Portra 4x5 (first one 160VC, second with the new 400)

    What I think about it:
The interesting thing with that gaps is, you can see structures for some days,
that are hidden before the old building is teared down and again after the next one is built.
This intermediate phase is always a chance to build something entirely different and new on the site.
But mostly things are afterwards more terrible than before, in Düsseldorf
prevails for some time a conservative poo-poo style.

More and more rich and arrogant people in the city, some days ago a car driver
wanted me to ride on the sidewalk with my bicycle cause I'm too slow - was congestion anyway
That's only one example of many experiences I had, some people think thery have special rights.
The mayor said some days ago, that the people who can't afford a flat in the city should kindly settle elsewhere...

    Marvin,
The first one's great. How did you get an empty street?
