    Saddle Bags for Large Format

I do a lot of photo-bicycling and am looking for a way to carry more gear when I go out. I use a Sinar F2 4x5 whcih breaks down and sets up very quickly, but h ave recently added a binocular viewer and a second bellows for doing macro work. This has put me over what I can carry in my backpack. Has anyone used a saddl ebag type arrangement either on a hourse or a bicycle?

    Thanks,

    Saddle Bags for Large Format

Harry, I use a Photo trekker bag on my back with my bike and the Tripod is attached to the frame. This works quite well for me. Considering my other option is to walk it, the bike is very welcomed.

Oh yeah...just watch for loose straps!

    Dave.
