I am really enjoying the direction this has taken with the camera/result dual views.

here's me with my speedgraphic and projection lens, and then there is the results below. Both photos taken within 2 seconds of each other (the photo of me, was taken with the camera in my photo, and vise-versa!) :-D Man... I really should stay *behind* the camera, I'm not a very good model. hah!

My old Shen-Hao HZX 4X5-IIA and the result. This was taken on the Weaver Lake Trail in Sequoia National Park. The Shen Hao has moved to portugal, but my new Chamonix 45N-1 has been getting regular use. I'm Looking for a nice lightweight 8x10 field kit, anybody?

the photo of me, was taken by the guy in my photo (notice we each have a camera in our photo). Right after I snapped my shutter, he moved his arm and snapped his. Not super exciting, I know...

Ahh, my bad. That's what I get for looking at the pictures and skimming over the text.

Used to get me in trouble when I was young, also.

I love the photo that you took.

Little bit of an update: The Seebold Invisible-era Korona 8x10, post rehab, with it's new perch, a Ries Jr. Deluxe with 1601 head (thanks, Roger!):

Legs are maple with a lot of figure in them. Will strip, sand, dye and topcoat them, blast and powdercoat the metal, and it's be my new number one!

    Hi all,

Too many real pretty wooden cameras in this thread. Time to redress the balance with some German heavy metal!

Super Technika IV out in the field. Setup and Result attached below.

Evening light, Hartley Vale NSW Australia on 30 Sept 08 (can you spot the kangaroos at the centre of the image?)

    Cheers
