Hello from Ted Mastrandonas , a long time LF'r in Pelham, AL

    Hello,

I've been interested photography for over 30 years. Although I find gear and other technicalities interesting, what I'm really interested in is the art, and enjoy creating and looking at photographs.

I've been lurking here for about a year now, waiting till I finished converting my old analog work to digital and until I had created some new work to show to a group with such a tremendous depth as this one.

If you have the time, please have a look here: http://www.tedmastrandonas.com
I would appreciate any comments and criticisms.

I started out in 35mm and moved to 4x5 in the 80's to escape the limitations of the smaller format. Twenty years went by raising kids without much time for photography. Now that I have more time, I'm really getting back into it.

I've never met other large format photographers, so I hope to contribute what I've learned over the years, as well as learning from you.

    Ted

Welcome to the group! I really enjoyed some of your recent black and white work. The falls are beautiful.

Another welcome from Citronelle, AL...although we now live in Vermont.
