My deepest sympathy and condolences. I, as many others, only knew him through this forum, but he was like an old friend. I only wish I had met him in person. God's blesssings.
Amy, I am saddened and like the others, somewhat in shock. My sincere condolences to you at this most difficult time.
It was earlier this month that Ted called and we had a good conversation. There was no doubt of his immense knowledge and his willingness to share it. I learned a great deal from him over the years.
I will think of him when I use his old tripod. He will be missed.
The number and tone of the responses here speak volumes about the man.
He will be missed.
I never met Ted, but have been impressed with his knowledge, generosity and good nature. My deepest sympathy goes out to his family. He holds a special place in my heart.
The world is a smaller place today. I worked with Ted or even spoke with him, but his posts here were revealing of someone I wish I could have met.
