Thanks for everything Dave. Enjoy your "retirement" when you get around to it!

Thanks for the update, and I lookforward to my delivery.
Damn it. And I was going to order a screen for whatever camera I got!
Good luck, Dave. And if you ever get back to it, let me know.
Best wishes from a fellow Montanan, Dave. Your health comes first and foremost -- that little one deserves some special time with Grandpa!

Dave,
Many of us are literally looking through your fine handiwork.
Best wishes as you recover your health and spirit.

"Sorry folks, with the attitude that is going on in the Large Format business"
What attitude is Dave talking about? As a newbie, I'm curious.
I've been in and out of photography for about 48 years anf LF for about 15 of those years and I don't know anything about bad attitudes peculiar to LF or to photography in general.
Sure, there are LF people with attitude problems, the old "chip on the shoulder" folks, but their presence in our hobby/vocation is really no different here than in any other field of endeaver. I can quit photography to put some distance between me and folks I can't stand to be around, but then all I shall have accomplished in so doing is to meet the same old horses' butts, with only different names.
Of course, I could be one of "those guys" myself!
Oh, what gift the gift giver could give us,
just to see ourselves as others see us.

A pox on those who have been giving you grief. I better take good care of the glass you''ve made for me. Good on you, rest well. Jim
