4x5 Roll Film Holders: Calumet C240 versus C-2 differences?

Anyone know the differences between the C-2 and the C240 Calumet rollfilm holders for 4x5 Graflok backs.

I _believe_ the C240 is the European version of the C2N, which is marketed in the U.S. I have the C2N, which superseded the sometimes unreliable C2 (film flatness and spacing issues).
