Very wonderful images from all over!

Alen -- have you ever use a polarizing filter in situations like your tree in the Blue Mountains? It can reduce some of the blue cast -- especially off of leaves in open shaded areas and under the forest canopy.

Nice first LF tree, pepe! One advantage of LF is that one can take the time to frame things just right...letting the center be defined by the edges and corners, etc.

Well seen, Shailendra! And Yannick's has a odd sense of symmetry that is enjoyable. And many more.

This is awesome! I like how the falling snow separates the foreground tree from the background in terms of tone. (LF separates it in terms of focus)

    Re: post your trees!

Here is my tree contribution. Shot with iLford D100, no filter, wet scanned with Epson V850 directly on glass. I think my standards weren't completely zeroed out. Seems a bit soft, but might also be from shooting directly into sun. Next time I will use a bw filter to increase contrast. I don't develop my own yet, so no control on that process. I use the Darkroom out of CA to develop my negatives.

    Snip...
I didnt think of that at the time. I have thought about getting an 81b filter too, but thanks for the tip.
Gumtree leaves do have a blueish green colour about them naturally as well.

Oh, many thanks! I was waiting for the snowfall to take this scene deeper! And of course, a long Tele-lens helps to divide the plans in the scene.
