    Dave, I am particularly fond of image 3 and 4 with birches. It's very instructive to see how Velvia 100 pushes magenta and has a perhaps lower DR vs other Fuji fims. It is a powerful ally in some images where the color shift adds surreal quality. The lighting in the 4 image is great capture of special light. Nice work.

    Thanks, Clay. I'm starting to be able to get the paper negative tonal range where I want it for the most part, but I still can't use it for contrasty scenes. It just doesn't have the range. Old uncoated lenses help, of course. With paper negs, flare is your friend!
