Yes, this is along the Merced, west of Pohono Bridge. The river was unusually low this year, so we were able to get nice reflections in the calm stretches. The color this Fall was the best I've seen in several years. We had a ball!
Hopefully next year will be as good, and I'd be delighted to meet up with you again.

Vaughn, I remember this tree. What a great day we had. I love working in this forest and every where you have taken me up in the Redwoods. Great image!
Thank you. I am going to have to flatten the print and re-scan it. There is a lot of unevenness in the image due to it not laying flat on the scanner glass.
