We had an amazing fall this year in the Ozarks... it did not last very long but it did peak very strong and it was one of those times in some areas that the underbrush peaked at the same time as the hardwood canopies which does not happen very often.

and one more from the same day
During a hard rainstorm on top of the Glade Top Trail in Taney County Missouri and was lucky to manage to have most of the foreground trees stay still as the background canopy leaves swirled in the strong winds of the storm during the duration of the exposure.

I had a hell of a time focusing this shot. It was dusk, darker than it looks, and I probably should have focused closer to the base of the tree. I don't have any front tilt when shooting vertically with the Speed Graphic, unfortunately. When you get used to using movements you sure notice the lack of them.
I developed this N+1, but I think it needed N+2.

Another from this afternoon, this time in 2x5 size:

Fujinon 180mm
Portra 160
November 2012
After shooting chromes for a long time, I've started doing some work with Portra. It's pretty much a paradigm shift.
