How about this one; Liverpool in the background, this is Perch Rock lighthouse at the end of the Wirral peninsula.
Here's a couple, same background from 2 locations. The picture is of Duart castle, seat of the Clan McClean on the Isle of Mull. The second image is from Duart bay, some 300m from my apartment when I lived on the Island.
View from Craignure bay, looking down the sound of mull to Oban. Cold Autumn Morning.
The Hill behind is Ben Cruachan, known as the hollow mountain due to it having a hydro station under the mountain. Can be seen in both images.
Gari
Gari, I was on the summit of a snow and sun smothered Ben Cruachan last Sunday.... Beautifully clear views over to Ben More on Mull......fantastic.
Hi Kev, where are you based? I am going to Glencoe on Thur, via GlenUre tomorrow, to shoot the end of the day looking into Glen Etive.
If you ever fancy a trip out...
Gari
Gari I'm Based in Johnstone very close to Paisley. I've never been to Glenure. I know Glen Etive well enough though....I've done a few rock routes on the Etive Slabs.....One of my goals in this life is to make a few meaningful photographs in Glen Coe......I'm planning a good number of trips into them there hills this year. Need to get up onto the Aonach Eagach Ridge when good lights happening..... I'll drop you a line when I'm in your neck of the woods......
