Well, this isn't exactly a sunrise, but it was shot shortly after it, and without the rising sun, it wouldn't be so nice....
This one is also in my Serene Landscape portfolio.

Taken this summer in Glacier National Park.

I somehow missed this thread earlier this year. Some lovely images which make me wish I'd been there. If only getting up early wasn't such a strain!
Here are 3 of my sunrise shots:
The 3 images in my previous post are in England. These two are from Ireland, sunrises again. The Kylemore Abbey one is often seen - easily taken from the car park - but I was lucky to get a faint misty glow lit by the low sun.
On a sunrise hike on Jekyll Island with my brother and our respective wives. Taken at the north end of the driftwood beach just as the sun was breaking through the clouds.
Windmill in Virginia City, Nevada
4x5 Tmax developed in a Yankee daylight tank believe it or not.
Yeah. I'm familiar with Photoshop. It's the place I buy my film.

Oxbow Bend
Toyo 4x5, 180mm Schneider, Astia
f/22, 1s
First two taken about five minutes apart just before sunrise, overlooking Big Spider Lake in Hayward, WI, a place as beautiful as it gets for us Midwestern flatlanders. Wehman 8x10, my last few sheets of Kodak E100VS (want more!!!), Fuji A 240mm. Last, gratuitous tropical sunset (even flatlanders can escape), Master Technika, Velvia 50, Fuji 600T (available for the right price if anyone might be interested).
