    thin negatives

I was scanning last night some 2 1/4 and noticed that the epson v 700 didn't scan one of my negatives which happen to be underxposed in same area of the negatives but the center of the neg is ok, though. I tried a couple time without any success. It doesn't get scanned a t all???????????????????
    Any trick I could use?????

Thats odd because I can get mine to scan an empty frame doing nothing different. Are you using some kind of an auto frame recognition?
    Thanks,

Not That I know of, I can't scan at least 10 negatives that are underxerposed
I tried in auto mode it doesn't like it at all, home mode sometimes scan them all but I can barely see anything some other time home mode scanned only two out of six????????

Hi, scan in professional mode with thumbnail off. Then you can do a preview and select your scan area manually.
